AUSTIN, TX — Virtuix has announced that its new Omni virtual reality entertainment system will make its debut at the upcoming Amusement Showcase International in Las Vegas. The Expo’s exhibits will be open on Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 29 and Mar. 1.
Omni founder and chief executive, Jan Goetgeluk, also will participate in the inaugural Virtual Reality Educational Summit on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Goetgeluk, who designed the system, will offer insights and data on how location-based VR (“LBVR”) operators can maximize their return on investment from VR attractions by selecting the right content and equipment for their specific audiences.
Virtuix and its global distributor, Unis (Universal Space), will demonstrate the Omni entertainment system at the show. The Omni motion platform is the main component of Unis’s award-winning Omni Arena VR attraction. Visitors can try out the Omni at booth #437.
